For those patients who wish to minimize contact with others for any reason, but especially if you are in a high-risk group, we now provide Curbside or Front Door Service for routine cleaning of your hearing aids, or if you need minor repairs. Please mention this service when you call for the appointment.
This means you can remain in your car, if parked nearby – try the 15 minute free parking zones on Third Street or North Street – then call the office and I will come out to your car. If you are parked further away, come to the door, call the office, and I will meet you at the front door. I will then service your devices while you either wait in your car, or schedule a time to return to pick them up. If you are waiting, I will call you when I have serviced them and then return them to you at the door or in your car!
Supplies can also be delivered to you in this way – simply call ahead and order. You will be given the cost and payment can be made at that time using a credit card, or you can pay at delivery with cash placed in an envelope. Batteries and wax guards can also be mailed out.
I appreciate your cooperation in helping to stop the spread of this virus, and I also understand the importance of your hearing. Please call our office to schedule service of your devices and tell us the type of service you prefer – in-office, front door, or curbside. For those who require in-office services, you can also request the first morning appointment.
